Introduction
1.Ship Unloading
The dust produced in the process of powdery material transportation is a difficult problem that has been plaguing people for a long time. Our screw ship unloader solves this problem perfectly. According to the ship size, site conditions, etc.,the recommend ship unloaders are as follows :
Ship size ≤3000DWT, it is recommended to use fixed ship unloader of which the capacity is within 300t/h.
Ship size ＞3000DWT, it is recommended to use rail-type mobile ship unloader of which the capacity is above 300t/h.
2.Transportation
The conveying equipment is mainly used to transport materials from the wharf to the storage silo. The commonly used conveying equipment includes air chute, belt conveyor, bucket elevator and so on.
Our recommended selection principle is that choose air chute for short-distance transportation, because the chute has the advantages of low cost, convenient maintenance, less dust point and low energy consumption; choose belt conveyor for long-distance transportation, because the belt conveyor layout is simple, without multi-stage lifting; choose lifting equipment according to specific project situation.
3.Storage
Powdery materials are generally stored in steel silos. According to the specific situation of customers’ projects, bolted steel silo, welded steel silo or spiral steel silo is optional.
The discharging form of silo bottom is divided into multi-point discharge and single-point discharge. In addition, it is advisable to add an aeration box or increase hopper angle to totally discharge material out of silo.
4.Distribution
According to customers’ needs, bulk loader can be used to load bulk materials into powder tanker truck. The height of the bulk loading platform is generally 5.5-6m. According to the height silo bottom, the dust collector can be directly arranged on the edge of bulk loader or on top of the silo through the air duct.
Coal, clinker and ore wharf transit system
For coal, clinker, ore and other bulk materials, according to the material particle size, abrasion, water content and transport ship load, grab ship unloader, screw ship unloader and scraper ship unloader unloading systems are optional.
