Fly Ash Storage System
SRON can provide various specifications of fly ash silo storage system with storage capacity of 1000-50000 m³. Fly ash storage and transportation system consists of large steel silo, pneumatic conveying feeding pipe, silo roof dust collector, material level instrument, pressure release valve, silo bottom fluidization discharging system, conveying equipment and small distribution silo. According to the specific situations of customers, SRON provides customers with fly ash storage, transportation, and distribution system solutions with short construction period and low investment cost, to create profits for customers to the greatest extent.
Fly Ash Pneumatic Conveying System
SRON provides customers with pulse pneumatic conveying system, positive pressure pneumatic conveying system, thin-phase pneumatic conveying system and other solutions. SRON fly ash pneumatic conveying system has the characteristics of high automation, simple operation, fast conveying and high conveying efficiency. SRON pneumatic conveying equipment includes silo type pump, material sealing pump, spiral pneumatic conveying pump, rotary feeder, pneumatic lifting pump, electrical control system, etc. SRON pneumatic conveying system has long service life, almost no maintenance and flexible conveying.
Fly Ash Separation System
The principle of fly ash separation system is to separate the fly ash produced by thermal power plants into coarse ash, grade I ash and grade II ash according to different particle sizes through a separator. Advantages of SRON fly ash separation system: stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, simple system operation, large processing capacity, high separation efficiency which is more than 85%, high wear-resisting performance, low investment cost and flexible system layout. SRON can adopt discrete arrangement, centralized arrangement on the side of silo and centralized arrangement on the top of silo according to customers’ requirements.
