Introduction
The main components of air chute are: feed chute, straight chute, chute frame, observe window, discharge chute. According to the transportation line, it can be configured with corresponding groove, three-way, four-way, shut-off valve, etc. The breathable layer of air chute is made of PETS-6 ( polyester ) synthetic fiber fabric. It is a new type of breathable layer, with the advantages of high temperature resistance ( up to 150 °C ), corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low moisture absorption, light weight, smooth surface and long service life.
Air chute is widely used for conveying materials because of its characteristics of no rotating parts, easy to maintain, good sealing, no noise, safe and reliable operation, less power consumption, convenient to change the direction of conveying, and multi-point feeding and discharging.
Conveying material: dry powder material with water content ≤ 1% and temperature ≤ 150 ℃
