Recently, a delegation from the Lesotho Post-harvest Grain Security Technology Seminar—a foreign aid training program hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China and organized by Henan University of Technology—visited Henan SRON Silo Engineering Co., Ltd. (SRON). The visit focused on technical exchanges regarding post-harvest grain security guarantees, the application of modern grain storage technologies, and the construction of international grain supply chains. This exchange aimed to strengthen the sharing of experience between China and Lesotho in the field of grain storage and transportation, promote the deep integration of China’s advanced grain warehousing technology with international grain security needs, and contribute Chinese technological strength to enhancing the resilience of the global grain supply chain.

On July 9, amid the sustained high temperatures of 37°C in Zhengzhou, SRON joined hands with Henan TV to launch the “10,000 Catties of Watermelons · Supporting Farmers with Love” public welfare campaign. The company purchased more than 10,000 catties (5,000 kilograms) of locally grown watermelons from Henan and distributed them to frontline workers and community residents in Erqi District and Guancheng District who remained dedicated to their posts during the heatwave, providing tangible support to farmers, easing their difficulties, and bringing care and warmth to the community.

Recently, the Philippine Nickel Ore Drying System Project, undertaken by Henan SRON Silo Engineering Co., Ltd. (SRON), successfully completed its overall loading and shipment. The project’s core equipment and system components were dispatched in a single batch via a chartered vessel. Compared with the traditional mode of shared shipments and batch transportation commonly used in bulk material engineering projects, this shipping method further demonstrates the enhancement of SRON’s comprehensive capabilities in project organization and systematic delivery for large-scale overseas engineering projects.

On June 24, the two-day Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Investment and Business Forum opened in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The forum was jointly organized by the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The opening ceremony was attended by and featured remarks from Kyrgyz First Deputy Prime Minister Amangeldiev, Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan Sabirov, and Li Qingshuang, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). More than 600 representatives from government and business communities gathered to explore new opportunities for investment cooperation. As a representative of the intelligent bulk material storage and handling industry, SRON Chairman Wen Peng was invited to attend the forum and delivered a keynote speech at the session titled “Green Transformation and Digital Autonomy: New Industrialization in SCO Countries.”

On June 21, the 2026 APEC China CEO Forum was grandly convened in Beijing. As the most prestigious flagship business event of the APEC “China Year,” the forum brought together over 300 distinguished global dignitaries from government and business circles, including leaders from national ministries and commissions, representatives from the APEC Secretariat and the ABAC Representative, as well as senior executives from JD.com, TCL, and Boeing China. Wen Peng, Chairman of SRON, was invited to attend the summit as the entrepreneurial representative in the intelligent storage and handling sector for bulk materials. Joining government and business elites from Asia-Pacific economies, SRON took part in high-level dialogues aimed at advancing coordinated green supply chain development across the region.

The 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) will open from June 22 to 26, 2026 at the China International Exhibition Center in Shunyi, Beijing. Henan SRON Silo Engineering Co., Ltd. will make its debut in the Green Agriculture Chain exhibition area (Booth E4-B08), showcasing three core technologies: the Smart Storage & Handling Control Platform, the PV Energy Storage Microgrid, and the Full-Chain Storage & Handling System.
