SRON Mongolia 2x7000 ton cement storage steel silo project successfully passed the completion acceptance
Recently, the 2×7,000-ton cement storage steel silo project in Mongolia undertaken by SRON successfully passed the final acceptance. The owner specially awarded the honorary medal of "Heart-to-heart business, win-win cooperation" to commend the outstanding performance of the SRON project team.
The project covers civil foundation construction, steel silo construction, integrated gasification discharge, bucket elevator, air chute, radar level meter, bulk machine, truck scale, electrical control system and other advanced equipment. To ensure the project's structural safety design meets the extremely cold climate conditions of the project location (minus 40 degrees Celsius in winter), SRON's technical team has innovatively developed key technical solutions: selecting low-temperature resistant materials to ensure structural reliability; configuring an intelligent temperature control system and installing an auxiliary heating system for key equipment; optimizing the pneumatic conveying system to effectively prevent material agglomeration, etc., providing solid technical support for the high-quality delivery of the project.
During the project implementation, facing the severe challenges of the extremely cold climate of the Mongolian Plateau where the project is located, the project team of SRON implemented the PDCA management method.
