Recently, the Uzbekistan calcium carbonate ultrafine powder grinding silo system project undertaken by SRON was successfully completed. The owner awarded medals and Letters of Commendation to SRON and the project team, highly recognizing SRON's professional technical strength and quality control capabilities.
The Uzbekistan calcium carbonate ultrafine powder grinding silo system project includes 16 bolted steel silos, 7 welded steel silos, and supporting process equipment. The project includes: storage of calcium carbonate granules, vertical and horizontal conveying and pipeline transportation, particle diameter screening and grading, storage of graded calcium carbonate granules, mill processing, storage of finished calcium carbonate ultrafine powder, and automatic packaging and bulk distribution of calcium carbonate ultrafine powder. The system also includes dust collection, arch breaking and flow control for outbound silos, storage material position detection, on-site equipment monitoring, and lighting. The entire project system is relatively complex. Leveraging its extensive design and construction experience and professional management team, SRON completed the project to high standards, earning high recognition from the client for its construction quality and management.
