Introduction

The 3D material level measurement monitoring system is based on radar level scanner. Its principle is to scan bulk material piles with multi-point radar to obtain a two-dimensional profile of the material surface. Digital signals are transmitted to the enterprise cloud 3D material level measurement system through RS485, and the data is processed by software to form a visual 3D hologram so as to calculate level, volume, weight and other parameters of the material in silo. The technology can be used for all kinds of material level monitoring, material quantity monitoring and measurement etc. 3D material level measurement is accurate and reliable, with functions of online monitoring, remote monitoring, material surface visualization, real-time inventory and intelligent alarm.
